In 2019, Umama Foods was established with a mission to fill the void of nutritious, culturally meaningful food In Africa. This journey was marked by collaboration with food science titans like Buhler and Novazyme SA.
We then undertook a 4-year research and development journey to develop the most delicious, nutritious mageu on the market. And so, Mmmakoya Mageu was born!
